What is a Caregiver & Child Activity Group?
Activity groups bring together caregivers and the children they care for with other caregivers and children. It is a chance for people who care for other people’s children to socialize with each other, learn about child development, and find out about new activities that they can do with the children that they care for.
Each group includes FREE lunch and a FREE toys and book, and FREE childcare during the event.

If you take care of children at all EVEN OCCASIONALLY you are welcome to attend.

January - This is my Story! Attendees will be making their own book about their family, a simple picture book that tells those stories and traditions that make every individual family unique and especial. We will also learn simple ways to dramatize it and make it more appealing to our children. Everyone will make and take home their own book of their own story to share with their kids and children they care for. Living Arts providing the workshop.

February - Bullying 101 - How to teach your children not to be a Bully and how to deal with Bullies.


¿Qué es un grupo de actividades de cuidador y niño?
El grupo reúne a los cuidadores y los niños que cuidan con otros cuidadores y los niños. Es una oportunidad para las personas que cuidan a los niños socializar con otros, aprender sobre el desarrollo de los niños y descubre nuevas actividades que pueden hacer con los niños que cuidan.
Cada grupo incluye almuerzo GRATIS y un Juguete y Libro GRATIS y Cuidado de ninos GRATIS durante cada sesion.

Enero - ¡Esta es mi cuento! Los asistentes harán su propio libro sobre su familia, un sencillo libro de imágenes que cuenta esas historias y tradiciones que hacen que cada familia individual sea única y especial. También aprenderemos formas sencillas de dramatizarlo y hacerlo más atractivo para nuestros hijos. Cada uno hará y se llevará a casa su propio libro de su propia historia para compartir con sus hijos y niños que cuidan. Taller por Living Arts
