Child-Friendly Spaces
Congress of Communities partnered with Detroit-based organization Hope Starts Here and other local agencies to design and develop Child-Friendly Spaces inside and outside of the immediate Southwest community, for organizations all across Detroit to provide safe, enriching places for children to play. Through this work, Congress of Communities collaborated with Detroiters in many ways—bringing resources and expertise to foster the well-being, growth and education of young Detroiters.
